Fuji Xerox Australia had identified the need to improve the recruitment capability of its managers and team leaders.  The company engaged dta WORLDWIDE to work alongside the Organisational Development and Human Resource teams to create a customised solution.  During the course of this project dta worked closely with us and created a workshop approach, incorporating specific Fuji Xerox processes and information which is applicable to all in the business.

 

The workshops have been well received with many positive comments being provided from feedback received.  Many have noted the applicability of the programme with specific reference to implementing what was learned in the workplace.  dta has been flexible and open to content change to reflect the needs of the business.  This has enabled us to have a well designed program which fits our needs.

We have no hesitation in recommending dta and we will continue to use the Recruitment Excellence course for the foreseeable future.


 

 Corporate Bank Relationship Managers

Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking engaged dta on a development project.  This involved the delivery of the dta salesFLEX programme to our Relationship Managers.  These managers are highly skilled in their field of high value sales.  During the course of this project from early discussions to planning and implementation, dta were flexible, professional and committed to helping us achieve our objectives.

The content of the programme has been widely accepted by those attending the workshops.  There have been numerous comments regarding the applicability of the programme in many areas of our operations.  Currently eight of our own training managers are accredited in delivery of the programme.  This will enable us to benefit from the materials and support of dta whilst enabling our own staff to deliver the programme.  I believe the use of dta programmes will enhance the ability of our employees to significantly improve their performance.

Malcolm ran a two day training course for our senior team on developing better client relationships. The course was interesting, very well structured and certainly thought provoking. In January 2009, iNova Pharmaceuticals engaged dta WORLDWIDE to help ascertain critical leadership competencies which were required for our business success. Working closely with the Executive Team at iNova and following a series of short workshops conducted by dta, leadership competencies, with specific behaviour statements for each competency, were identified. 
 
dta WORLDWIDE were also commissioned to develop an online leadership assessment tool which would be used across the business in Australia, South Africa and Asia. This new online tool was designed and rolled out in July 2009. The use of the Leadership Assessment tool has enabled specific leadership development needs to be identified with tailored individual development programs.
 
During the design of the tool a number of changes were required to suit our needs. On each occasion dta were quick to respond and have delivered what was required. They have also provided advice in terms of how the tool should be used and positioned within the company.
