Saparna Jain
Saparna brings over 19 years of experience in market research, systems training, business development and soft skills training with Procter and Gamble, TNT and Equity Learning. She is a Physics graduate from Pune University and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore.
Saparna discovered her passion for training shortly after joining Equity Learning. Since then she has been developing and delivering training modules on Communication, Assertiveness, Interpersonal relationships, Presentation skills, Time Management, Team Building, Campus to Corporate and Customer Service. She has been training in Oracle, L&T, Ernst & Young, HP, Timken, and Misys.
Her wide-ranging experience across management levels in diverse industries helps her to develop training modules that infuse participants with energy and confidence and motivate them to test their learning in their workplace.
Saparna strongly believes in customizing training to suit participant needs. She finds it exciting to work closely with training teams in organizations to develop interventions that help them build a competent workforce.
Kamaan Singh Dhami
Over the last 8 years, Kamaan has developed close relationships with several organizations through innovative soft-skills training initiatives. The success of his training springs from his commitment to understanding the organization’s immediate as well as long term, developmental goals and being able to conceptualize, develop and deliver solutions based on these goals.
Kamaan has worked with professionals in various training situations: classroom facilitation, one-on-one coaching sessions and also activity-driven outbound training. These have been in the areas of customer support, oral and written communication, English language, teamwork, presentation and assertiveness skills. Some of the organizations he has been working with are Tektronix, Supervalu, Tyco Electronics, EMC, Misys, Ernst & Young, L&T and Oracle.
Kamaan has a Master’s degree in English, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching English (PGCTE) from Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (CIEFL), Hyderabad. He started his career in training with Equity Learning, a soft-skills training organization. Before this, he worked with an international NGO called ECTWT (Ecumenical Coalition on Third World Tourism) and with Pipal Tree, a Bangalore-based NGO.
He has also been a free-lance writer with contributions to Resurgence, a British magazine, and to Deccan Herald.
